Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy:
Check payments must be received by Monday, April 20, 2009. If you are unable to meet this deadline please e-mail the Registration Department at focus@jda.com. If conference fees have not been received prior to attending the conference, a credit card will be required upon check-in in order for you to attend the conference.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing by sending an e-mail to focus@jda.com. All cancellations will incur a $250.00 processing fee that is non-refundable.
Substitution Policy:
If you registered but are unable to attend the conference, you may substitute another attendee at no additional charge. Please send written notification of this change to the registration coordinator at focus@jda.com.
JDA reviews all conference attendee registrations and reserves the right to cancel registration(s) if needed.
